Quarantine Baking

 I know the majority of this blog is SCA or at least SCA/LARP-tangent focused, but I did want to share some of my early (March and April 2020) adventures in cooking.

Baby's first sourdough!  Started my very own sourdough starter for the first time and much bread was made.


And......overnight rising cinnamon rolls made with a vanilla glaze!


Behold! My ancient Corelle pattern that my husband kinda dislikes.
                    

And what do you do with all that sourdough discard?  Why make too many sourdough English muffins, of course!
